Pre-Game
I read a lot on line and bought a recipe book of low-carb meals in 15-minutes or less to help me develop a 1st week meal plan and shopping list.
Some abnormal (for me anyway) things I bought:
Guar
- Amazon
Coconut Flour
- Target carries but they were out so I got some at Sprouts.
Tofu noodles
- Sprouts
Low-Carb Tortillas
- Sprouts
